At any rate, I'm used to it enough that it doesn't really bother me like it did when I first started playing it just makes it a little odd when I do video capture (which I'm trying to do at certain key event locations for fic purposes). Strangely enough, increasing the frame rate seemed to have made it worse instead of better (or maybe it seemed that way because I'm used to it being on 40 FPS). There was also the option to make the game itself being played on a lower version of Windows than that installed on the computer itself, but mine had problems with that.
